Central America Migrant Caravan

Central America Migrant Caravan

Dust clouds are created by a Mexican Federal Police helicopter flying close to the Suchiate River that connects Mexico and Guatemala, in order to create a downwash force to discourage a new group of Central American migrants bound for the U.S border, in wading across the river, in Tecun Uman, Guatemala, Monday, Oct. 29, 2018. The first group was able to cross the river on rafts — an option now blocked by Mexican Navy river and shore patrols. (AP Photo/Santiago Billy)
