RALEIGH — Candidates seeking to get on the ballot for the state’s 2022 elections have until 12 p.m. today to file their candidacy.
The state’s primary is Tuesday, May 17.
Following the close of candidate filing, State Board of Elections staff will hold a random draw to determine the order of candidates on ballots for the 2022 primary and general elections.
