ACC announces basketball schedule changes

Duke, UNC and Wake Forest have received makeup dates for games postponed by COVID protocols

The ACC has announced changes to its men’s basketball schedule in order to make up games postponed because of COVID-19 protocols, including several involving Wake Forest, North Carolina and Duke.

The Deacons’ home game against Boston College, originally scheduled for December 22, will now be played on Monday, January 24 at 6 p.m. That same evening, the Tar Heels will host Virginia Tech at 8 p.m. in a game that was supposed to have been played on December 29.

UNC’s game at Louisville on January 31 has been moved to Tuesday, February 1 at 8.m.

All three games will be televised by ACC Network.

The Blue Devils, meanwhile, will make up its New Year’s Day game at Notre Dame on Monday January 31 at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
