MORRISVILLE  – In honor of Women’s History Month, global tech firm Lenovo is partnering with The Female Quotient, an organization seeking to advance gender equality in the workplace, to offer an event focused on women in the tech industry.

The virtual event, from 1pm-3:30pm on Tuesday, March 9, will primarily feature women executives across Lenovo’s corporate team who will lead discussions about cultivating and retaining women in an industry that has historically been dominated by men. The leaders will discuss innovations that are occurring as a result of women beginning to expand their roles within tech firms, and offer workplace solutions for those seeking to pursue and advocate for career equity.

According to their website, The Female Quotient is “a female-owned business advancing equality in the workplace through the power of collaboration,” focusing on “activating solutions for change and … metrics for accountability.”

The event will offer three 30-minute panel discussions with leaders from both organizations, one 30-minute keynote address from the CEO of The Female Quotient, Shelley Zallis, and a 30-minute Q&A session with the speakers.
