RALEIGH – President Donald Trump will visit southeastern North Carolina on Saturday, Oct. 24 for a campaign rally.

The event will take place at the Robeson County fairgrounds in Lumberton.

Trump indicated his support for Lumbee Tribe recognition in a statement Wednesday, which has also been an issue Donald Trump Jr. has supported.

Saturday’s event follows a rally in Gaston County on Wednesday that drew over 28,000 people.

The event is the first of three campaign events on Saturday for the president.
