Before participating in a ‘fireside chat’ with supporters of President Donald Trump, Ms. Trump surprised businesses in the Gaston County town of Belmont  owned by Holy Angels.

A Trump aide told North State Journal, “she surprised a set of three local businesses in Belmont, NC owned by Holy Angels called Cherub’s Cafe, Cotton Candy Factory and Bliss Gallery. These establishments provide meaningful employment for the differently able. She met with employees and learned more about their operations.”

The main apperance came when Ms. Trump appeared at The Barn at Sandcastle farm and participated in a Q&A session moderated by Mercedes Schlapp and local supporters, including North Carolina Republican Party Chairman Michael Whatley.

She discussed President Trump’s accomplishments including prioritizing affordable childcare, cutting taxes, school choice and highlighted the need re-elect the president.

Earlier this week, President Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, held a rally in southwestern Wake County.
