ACC announces football kickoff times for Oct. 28 games

  North Carolina and Wake Forest will be early risers on Saturday, Oct. 28, with both drawing the noon hour for their games that day, according to the schedule announced by the ACC on Monday.

  The Tar Heels’ game against Miami at Kenan Stadium will start at 12, with television coverage on one of several ESPN networks. The Deacons’ game against Louisville at BB&T Field will kick off 30 minutes later with coverage on the Raycom ACC Network.

  Duke, meanwhile, will get prime time exposure for its game at Virginia Tech with a 7:20 starting time on the ACC Network.

  NC State’s game at Notre Dame, which is drawing increased national attention, was previously announced as a 3:30 p.m. on NBC..
