RALEIGH — The NHL Draft begins Friday in Chicago at 7 p.m. with the first round, and Rounds 2-7 will take place Saturday starting at 10 a.m. Here is North State Journal’s Top 100 prospects. Carolina is slated to pick 12th overall Friday, and holds nine other picks on Day 2, including three second rounds picks and two in the third round.
