Ever stopped to smell the flowers? This is one flower you might want to avoid. Rumor has it that it smells like a dead body, hence the name “corpse flower” (Amorphophallus titanium). This rare plant is actually the world’s largest flower, but it blooms for only a short time due to the amount of energy it takes to put off such a stench.
